Love this apt complex

We love it here!:) The office staff is amazing , caring and welcoming. Nice quiet property family oriented and beautiful apartment homes. We love the hardwood floors and new upgrades.

Maintenance nightmare

The same request are constantly being made and instead of replacing the dishwasher, stove, fridge etc they keep putting bandages on it and keep coming back doing the same thing every time getting the same issue

Overall good experience

Stayed there 2 years, Near everything schools, grocery etc,manager Shantel was good and other staff was professional, maintenance issues were solved asap.

Dissatisfied former tenant

Management is slow to respond to your concerns!

When you move, they'll charge you for things that are maintenance issues, and refuse to discuss it with you!

My wife and I have issues that we can't resolve because they won't speak with us!

I've been trying to get the contact info for the corporation responsible for the management of the property!

Great

I moved here in 2015 and I have to say My overall experience has been great ?? the office staffs are very helpful and nice they are always willing to help with whatever you need. Anytime I had a problem they was willing to fix it with no problems. Catalina she is a nice person overall she is who I talk to in the office very nice person. I haven't had a bad experience living here so again my experience at Delrey Village was great.
