I can't express enough how impressed I am with the leasing team at La Valencia. Evelyn, the leasing agent, exceeded all my expectations with her professionalism and warm demeanor. She took the time to truly understand my needs and provided exceptional guidance throughout the process, even making the tour an enjoyable experience. The manager was equally remarkable, demonstrating a deep commitment to resident satisfaction and ensuring every detail was addressed. While a family emergency required... me to relocate to another city within the U.S., I fully intend to return to La Valencia in the future. The outstanding management and care make it a place I look forward to calling home again.

Don't bother.
This place got so expensive for the crap apartments that they are.
The worst part of this complex are your disrespectful neighbors. They don't know how to drive or park. Probably because of the loud music they play at all hours including late at night in their cars. Constant loud voices in the parking areas.
Apartments are poorly insulated leading to high electric bills, windows feel like a heat lamp when the sun comes through. Carpet was never changed while I lived there. Recently they... disabled the online maintenance portal so good luck getting anything fixed.
Also going anywhere from this complex is a nightmare traffic in every direction. It's not a convenient location to any jobs.
Don't bother moving here it's a horrible place to live.

HUGE REGRET
I highly regret moving here. The maintenance people will bang on the door while you’re sleeping to make you move your doormat. The office ladies are super rude and misrepresent their services and amenities. Basically discount any access to a pool, gym or laundry room. They will let you buy a laundry card tho even without telling you the laundry rooms aren’t open. Teeny tiny apartment and super over priced. Parking spots are so small you can barely open your door without hitting the car next to... you. Certified funds required for every rent payment. Just skip this place and keep looking. Can’t wait to move.

We're sorry to hear you haven't enjoyed your time at La Valencia. It's always our priority to foster a warm relationship between staff and residents; we're sad that hasn't been your experience. As you're undoubtedly aware, the onset of COVID-19 has... impacted access to many businesses. Unfortunately, our office was also subject to statewide social distancing mandates - some of which affected our facilities. All residents received notices prior to the temporary closure of our pool and gym. We're happy to announce that both have been open and operational for some time now. To keep our laundry rooms a clean space exclusively for residents, we ask that all community members stop by our office for the access key. This has been our policy throughout 2020. Please note that the standard TAA lease requires the use of certified funds for applicants with a history of insufficient payment. Certified funds are not required for those who pay their rent on time and have no history of non-payment (e.g. bounced checks). We truly appreciate your residency and wish you the best when you next move.

Unfair treatment
We have been staying in apt 836 since 2012 and nothing has been done to imrove it ,ie repaint,change the carpets,stove etc.we reported a balcony door not working/closing and it has take over two months now to have it fixed. Imagine our electricity bill on a door that do not close.Imagine how much we have paid in rental for seven years and getting this treatment.
