Thermostat Issues My thermostat started going off the set temperature - sometimes higher & other times lower; at several times when it went higher it would not cut off until I flipped the breakers off. This started just before Thanksgiving but I didn't report it until after the 4-day weekend because as long as I could keep my eyes on it & keep it under control, I didn't consider it an "emergency" per se and didn't want our maintenance people to have to disrupt their holiday weekend. They came... on Monday, discovered it needed some small part to regulate it, and it was fixed within 20 minutes. I Love It Here!!! I love the Oaks personnel - they are all so friendly, so helpful and so welcoming. I love how quiet it is here - I love hearing the birds in the trees and the ducks/geese near the lake. I love that the property was built when the materials and workmanship were important, as opposed to current properties that have paper-thin walls and fancy new appliances that won't last a year. I love my small intimate apartment that wraps me in comfort and peace. Thank You!!!

Love living here I’ve lived here a total of 15 years ( twice) and it’s just great! Unfortunately I will be moving soon for various reasons but if you are interested in apartment living there is no better place ! Beautiful grounds, great management and maintenance!
