Oasis is not the way you wanna go. The staff is disgustingly rude. They dont care about any concerns you bring to them. Roaches are here as well. They charge for pest control and haven't once sprayed. There maintenance have barley any staff so request get ignored. The gates are always open. So homeless people are always on property !!!!!

I am a current resident in this apartment complex. I am comfortable with the level of security and serenity. Office staff are great and approachable.

The management changes very frequently. The last company has made a few positive changes like fixing the broken into mail boxes, filling the pot hole at the entrance that damaged cars, and making 1 of the 2 gates operable. Downside is there’s tons of bugs inside and out, not safe (panhandlers approaching cars), constant changes in policy due to management changes (5 in my 2 years)

Amazing staff , very professional and very understanding and helpful with anything you need . The new management has made this apartment 1000 times better . Even the websites to submit work orders they respond the next day. All the employees of oasis are great i would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a good apartment .!
