I have been attempting to reach the property for over a week and have left multiple voicemails, but I have not yet received a response.
I was reaching out to obtain rental verification for one of their current residents who has applied to my community. I have attempted to contact the property via phone multiple times over the past week and have also sent emails to the manager, but I have not received a response.
Additionally, I visited the office in person on two occasions. The first visit... was on Friday, September 27th, at 4:58 PM, when the office was closed despite the posted hours indicating it should be open until 5:30 PM. I returned on Saturday, September 28th, at 3:09 PM, only to find the office closed again, with a sign stating they would return at 9 AM, even though they are supposed to be open until 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
It is concerning that this business does not answer phone calls during business hours, respond to voicemails, or reply to emails. Furthermore, it is unusual for a business to be closed during standard operating hours

Terrible Apartment Complex
Moving into this apartment complex was the worst mistake I ever made. I don't usually write reviews, but decided I should forewarn anyone thinking about moving in here that you should reconsider unless you have no other option. Know that this entire community is infested with Bed Bugs. I spoke to several residents while I lived there, who all advised me that they had brought up the issue of bedbugs in their units to staff and they refused to address or solve the issue. These apartments are very... outdated and on an antiquated chiller system meaning you cannot control the temperature in your own apartment. There were days when my apartment would reach temperatures of 88-90 degrees or the heater would be turned on during the summer. The apartment grounds are consistently littered with garbage and random mail from the mailboxes that get broken into. This community is absolutely disgusting and management is a total disgrace.
