First off, this is a complex built in the 80's. They now want to charge you luxury apartment prices by putting a little "spit shine" on some apartments. I've lived here for numerous years, without complaint, until it's new ownership. My rent went up over 20% with nothing in return. Next, I'm forced to pay for the owners maintenance in the tune of $125 a month??? Yes... $125 a month to pay for what the owners should be responsible for. Things like mowing the grass, trimming the bushes now... cost me $125 a month!!!! Now the final slap in the face. $30 a month to park my car in a covered area when over 90% of my area is covered and have little choice to park overwise. $1 a day to park my car!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDING ME???
I expected a rent increase considering economic times. But this is ridiculous. Owners like this are why we continue to be in hard times.
In such hard economic times, you'd think property owners would try to make things easier on their tenenants.. NO NO NO... lets squeeze them dry until they can no longer afford to live here.
There are more affordable and better places to rent.

DO NOT RENT HERE
Trash apartment. We routinely have either no power, or no water. The office staff lies, doesn’t care, and routinely dodges/hides from residents. S2 bought this property and has plans (viewable on their site) to raise rent over 40%. There’s crime and gunshots all the time. Your packages will be stolen. Your car will be broken into or just stolen. We are charged for amenities that are rendered unusable by the property. There’s mold in the bathrooms. Leaks in our ceiling in multiple places. I... have had two male contractors on my second floor patio without notice which is so scary and unsafe.
This apartment is a joke!

We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your apartment home. The water has been turned off in select building recently to make needed plumbing repairs and we do our best to notify residents in advance when this happens. If you... are experiencing an electrical issue we are more than happy to address this in the form of a work order in the resident portal. Historically we have not raised rents 40% so that information is inaccurate. We are more than happy to address any leaks in your apartment in the form of a work order in the resident portal. We offer Fetch as an amenity to our communities and if utilized properly no packages have been stolen. Crime has no address and cars can be broken into at even the nicest communities. We are doing our best to put measures in place to avoid any incidents going forward.

Absolute Trash
The apartment that I live in has been infested with cockroaches and in one place but throughout the unit. I have asked for the place to be exterminated and I was told, "problem solved" although, nothing was done. The ceiling throughout the unit is cracked, has water damage or caving. On a positive note, the employee staff has been relatively friendly when I am sending emails.

Roaches
I’ve been a tenant here for 4-5 month and have had countless encounters with roaches in my home. I do not feel comfortable living in my home. It took me calling the leasing office to complain for them to actually follow through. I will not be releasing with this property once my lease ends.
