My windows weren’t installed properly and the road noise and foot traffic is really loud (2nd floor). The complex also has a ton of people with dogs that are always barking, I have complained and it doesn’t seem to have changed anything. Apart from this, the facilities are really nice and the proximity to downtown and the trinity trails is unbeatable. The staff are friendly (especially my leasing agent Ty), and the halls and stairwells are clean. Parking has never been an issue but if you have... visitors on a weekend there probably won’t be room for them to park. A lot of residents also smoke weed openly at the pool and it makes it stink up there.
