My first day of moving in I found dead roaches in all the cabinets. Not only were the roaches dead but they had been painted over. When I called the office minutes after moving in Yvette in the office said I should take the back of my broom and just scrape them off. On my fifth night I l heard really loud screaming coming from below my kitchen cabinets, turned out they were rats because they were running at night and dragging old stuff out from under the cabinets. I even ended up catching a... mouse on Monday and they once again said they would send someone. By Tuesday I had caught another 4 RATS all in my kitchen.. I mean she didn't even know about the painted over dead roaches so how would she know about the rat infestation. The bait killed the rats and it smelled like dead rat in my apartment all week. Management has done nothing about any of my rodent issues. Also the neighbors here are tude and loud. They keep sitting on my car and always fight about drugs. I have been at this apartment for 3 years. I have experience the highs and lows at this apartment. When I first move here, it has been okay. Neighbors keep to themselves. Work orders most time get fix. We just now are able to get Time Warner Cable here after so long asking for it. Since I have been here the manager and staff has changed throughout the three years, I have been here. They are working to build up the morale with the residents and the office. The reason for me move in within the... next 30 days because this apartment is not worth over $600 a month. Plus I need to move closer to job, because the commute to work is crazy. They also just now got security on property after my car (which I no longer have do to car break in) has been broken into several times.
