TwentyFive25 Apartments is located in Dallas, TX in the 75287 zip code.
This apartment complex deserves zero stars. For one after over a year I have yet to receive my refund check. Additionally, when trying to apply for a new apartment they said I have an outstanding balance of over $1,000. I know for a fact that I do not owe this as all of the rent was paid and they are trying to charge me for time that I was not living at the apartment. The cooperate company and the staff at the office will not remove this charge even though they both have said I only have a $100... charge from them. Additionally, this should not of been a problem as they did not return my security deposit which would have taken care of that charge. I intend to file a lawsuit if this is not resolved. Also, my phone calls are being dodged, I am being told false information as cooperate and the property are not even on the same page, and I am given false promises as they assured me they would get back to be the next day and they never did. This apartment and the entire cooperation should be avoided at all costs.

Unprofessional Staff
I showed up 25 minutes early for a confirmed appointment to tour the property. When I pulled up to park I saw a woman rushing out of the office and a man locking the door of the office. She told me that the office was closed. I informed her that I had an appointment to tour and validated with a confirmation email. She told me to come back another day because she had been in the office since 8am. I asked about the hours of the office and she confirmed the office was supposed to be open until... 7pm on Wed and Thurs. It was 6:05. Lazy and unprofessional. Had I not arrived until my appointment time I would have been met with no answers and a closed office.

THE GROVE AT TRINITY MILLS
I HAVE LIVED HERE HUST ABOUT 9 1/2 MONTHS THEY HAVE BEEN REALLY GOOD TO US THEY HAVE LET ME HAVE MY HUSBANDS DOG AND I KNOW HOW MUCH EVERYONES PETS MEAN TO THEM. THE GROVE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE IF SOME THING SO WRONG IN THE APT, THANK YOU (GATM)
