We have lived here for over 5 years and we love it. The staff is super friend and easy to talk to. When we have issues Jessica is quick to resolve it.

Great Place for Price

We moved here right in the middle of the pandemic, while I was 8 months pregnant. The office staff were kind and helpful and followed all the proper safety procedures. The apartments are older, but well maintained. Problems are fixed in a fairly timely manner and we have not had many in our time living here. The property is quiet with many large trees, a bonus when you are trying to calm a fussy baby in the middle of summer. The location is wonderful, right across the street from Southlakes park... and right next to I35E. The rent is super reasonable, especially for the large space you get. It's definitely a hidden gem of Denton.

Great Place

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I can confidently say these apartments are nice. The people of the front office are nice and are happy to help with whatever you need. The maintenance are also very friendly, and know a lot. They are happy to help with any issue. The apartment itself is well maintained, and very comfortable. The community is nice and everyone keeps to themselves. And there is almost never any loud noises or parties. So if you want a quiet community with nice... people, friendly staff, and helpful maintenance, this is the perfect place to live.
