I have really enjoyed living at The Ridge at North Texas. It’s a fantastic place with great amenities and a welcoming community. The location is ideal, and the atmosphere is really peaceful and well-maintained. My only concern is the management response to maintenance which can be really slow. But overall, it’s been a great experience and I would highly recommend it to any student looking for a place to live in the area.

I love the apartment and services, plus the rent is relatively better than surrounding apartments, a good deal for students, especially when there is a bus stop just in front of the building.

Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Rent

I've lived in this apartment complex for several months, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. The rent is outrageously high for what you get—definitely not worth it. The management is utterly unresponsive, and maintenance requests are handled at a snail's pace, if at all. I've had issues that took months to address, and some are still unresolved.

To make matters worse, they occasionally shut off the water supply without any notice. Imagine coming... home after a long day only to find you can't even take a shower. The amenities they advertise are a joke—half of them don't work, and the rest are poorly maintained.

Everything is nice, however when we first moved in a lot of thing was not working like the water, it was leaks, etc. It did get better over time.
