I feel that being a resident in this community does have an impact on me and loving on my own in a great way. Having the power go out and the smoke alarm go off every time we open the oven is not a great reason to live here though. The people are really nice, I just wish that the maintenance crew would be faster and more effective.

The price matches with the appearance, you pay what you get for, and honestly everything has been good other than the office takes forever to pick up and the road to the gate is horrible.

I really enjoy the improvements that the ridge is taking but there is room to grow as a community and grow as a residence hall. The ridge has so much to offer and for one of the cheapest amounts so I really do appreciate you guys for taking the steps but we can try a little harder.

I really love it here at the Ridge, it has been amazing living here and the staff are so nice and understanding. Even during a complete revamp of all of the staff during the company change they were able to get things done. I love the new staff here!

Appliances tend to malfunction sense I moved in .
“Back utility’s “ are confusing as well to not charge us utilities but then to just “add” it on to our future payments is stressful when whenever I had first signed my lease it was established it wouldn’t exceed 50 dollars
