High Fees!!!
The fees are EXTREMELY HIGH!!! I have a 1 bdrm and my fees are $200 a month in addition to my rent! So, whatever your rent is, add $200 to that! The water averages $75 and sewer $98 in addition to gas $18 among other fees. I Love the location of the apartment and the floor plan for the 1 bdrm is Awesome (757 Sq ft) separate dining area, the setup is nice. The fitness center is available only during business hours, which makes no sense because I'm at work during the day and need access before or... after the office is closed. The unit I live in is relatively quiet.

Wonderful Experience
I have lived here since January 2019, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The living accommodations are excellent,the property is beautiful and the staff is phenomenal. Special thank you to Marie. She is very professional and an excellent Manager. I would recommend this property to all my friends.

Extremely disappointed
I can not express how disappointed in my current situation that I'm in I still have not unpacked. There's so much trash everywhere I would be embarrassed to invite anyone over and I'm charged for trash although I have never had this luxury of valet trash pick up. I could go on and on but there's not enough character space.

I loved it here
My family and I lived here in 2018 after selling my home. I loved the fact that is a small community, quiet, and each apartment is set us as home. It was spacious and did I say quiet? I never had a problem with anyone, noise, or with anyone in the office. My daughter and I talk now about what we miss about the apartment, lol. I could sing my head off in the dining room and never bothered my neighbors. At least no one ever said anything to me, lol. After leaving a 3600 sq ft house, coming into... this spacious apartment made the transition easier.
