If you want to smell your neighbors weed and stress over management not answering the phone for emergency maintenance issues and charge you for amenities you are not allowed to use then this is the place for you. The appliances are faulty and they cause your bill to go sky high in the summer my bill is over $300 for electricity and it barely gets cold. This place is in bad shape I made a mistake moving here. If you want a trap house you can buy me out of my lease.

Very Disappointed
I called many times with no answer and left messages with no return call. Finally I found someone in the office. I put in my application with fees of $150.00 and $50.00 for 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. Credit score 714 with Equifax and 804 with Risk Models. Denied application for reasons such as - debt-to-income rate. From 2016 until now - never late on any rent. Unless you have a perfect, perfect history, do not apply. I lost $200.00 just like that. Bought a car 2021 and can pay my bills with no... problem. Looks like you must be "PERFECT"

Moved From San Diego
I moved here from San Diego 7/2018. When discussing the arrangement I was told my townhouse would be available on one day. When I went to confirm my move in date I was told 2 days later. When I moved in, the place was FILTHY!!!! White dust all over the kitchen counters, the carpets had not been cleaned nor had the blades on the ceiling fans. There is a small fire extinguisher located in the downstairs hall closet-it had been painted. Let's talk about the oven-it was broken. The heating element... would heat up and keep on heating burning anything in the oven. I put in a maint request and they told me it was "fine". Went to cook-guess what blew up another glass pan the oven because the heating element kept heating up.... glass EVERYWHERE!!! It was so hot that it adhered to the bottom of the oven. It was so difficult to clean up. I submitted another request - they changed out the circuit board. Guess what happened.... I blew up another casserole dish. They supposedly fixed it again. I tried making a turkey... 20 minutes into baking it, the entire top of the turkey is burned to a crisp!!!! THEN they change out the oven for another (used) one. Now the front burner doesn't work. They fixed it. Well, it worked for a little bit. It doesn't work again. Now, you ask me, did they replace my casserole dishes that blew up, absolutely not. Bills-the electric bill is outrageous-$200/mo and freezing in the winter-kept my thermostat at 65* the downstairs I had to wear sweats & wrap up in a blanket. I kept my thermostat at 78* during the summer. Water-another $200. What do I like about the property? It's really quiet. Never met any of my neighbors. Saw a couple of kids play in the street once during spring break. They were playing ball and having fun. Trash dumpsters are emptied regularly. Parking - I have a garage and driveway - so you park tandem for two cars. There is "guest parking". Never used it. There is a pool - it was closed when I first moved in and then I started working (a ton of hours) so I never went swimming. The manager, Esther, is super nice. I have a small back yard, but unfortunately, I have a small dog and she fits under the fence because it doesn't go all the way down to the ground. I've seen other townhouses where the fence does go all the way to the ground. If you have a big dog - you'll be find. No dog park though. You have to go to Grand Prairie or Downtown Dallas for a dog park.

Happy Tenant
My review is to share that I have been really pleased since being a tenant on the property at Wexford Townhomes. I was so pleased that I recently renewed my lease for another year. My satisfaction while residing here consists of the following:
1. Friendly Management both Manager and Assistant Manager 2. Quick Response by Maintenance in making any needed Repairs 3. Well Manicured Lawns 4. Friendly Community 5. Location, Location, Location
If you're looking for a quite friendly... environment and good people to both to work with and live near, come to Wexford Townhomes in Duncanville, you'll be glad you did!!

Wexford Townhomes
I was in search of an apartment or home for me and my family. I needed to find a place asap because I was relocating from a different city. I found the Wexford townhomes and they were so nice and friendly. They were able to get the townhome available for me before my start date which was exactly 2 weeks from the time I stepped into the office. Management was very helpful with giving me information about the area I would be new to. Since the move its been really nice and quite the neighbors... are friendly and I couldn't be happier with my relocation.
