If I could give negative stars I would. This property went downhill the moment it was acquired by a new owner and property management company. In my years of having worked in leasing and now working for one of the top real estate companies in the nation I have NEVER seen such a horrible multi-family property with such unprofessional and rude management. Did y’all know apparently the property manager can refuse to take your rent? Because that is what the property manager told me after hanging up... on me twice over the phone when I complained about my fridge not working since before July! Maintenance requests are deleted, the office is always closed, no one answers the phone, management is rude and unprofessional, the trash is always overflowing, AC constantly going out. There’s appliances just sitting outside the apartment buildings, leftover couches left on the backside of the building that management doesn’t seem to be worried about right now as well. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST LIKE WE ALL DO NOW.

This community has horrible management and they cannot fix maintenance issues if their lives depended on it.

Nothing ever gets fixed. It started back in November 2020, before we actually moved in. The ac was not working, and they said they'd put in a work order for it. We've reported it many times, and every time they come and recharge it, sometimes it takes days for them to get here to do that. That was 7 months ago and it is still not fixed. My apartment was 82 degrees last night. Reported it to the office again today, which makes it maybe the 7th (or more) times. I've had a water leak between the... walls for maybe 4 months and is still ignored. The sheetrock is just getting worse and worse and the carpet has stained now. The light above our garage was out and after I made notice multiple times, they took the bulb out of the fixture over the garage next to ours and just exchanged them. I rent a garage and the apartment above my garage developed a water leak. Tiny spot when I reported it. It was a small spot when I reported it. 3 months later the sheetrock was literally falling and the insulation was looking like it was coming down. There was black mold all over the ceiling and down the side of a wall. Three months later after I had reported it multiple times, I contacted code enforcement and it got somewhat fixed. There are cars getting pilfered through and I know of one car being stolen. But there are so many lights burnt out lighting the parking lot it's not safe. With the crime rate rising in this area, that's not good. I personally had an officer knock on my door trying to find out if I had been seeing anything happening. I have to leave my porch light on because we're right on the breezeway and we're trying to supply "some" light for people. If someone mentions a gated community, they are somewhat disassembled and haven't worked since I've lived here. Many times when I'm walking my dog at night, I see shady type people who just appear to be walking around. Long story shy, this place is not safe, it is not comfortable, and the staff either doesn't care or they have no power to get ANYTHING fixed. The apartments supply the service of you leaving your trash outside your door and they will take care of it. Notice when you are walking the breezeways the nasty stains and such from the trash being set out. Which by the way, we are having a small roach problem, which we've never had any place else.

The place is amazing! It just needs to be rebuilt because it's old. They do need to clean the playground because it's rusty.
I've lived here for almost 2 years and overall it's good. The people here are nice and respectful. This is a nice place if you're looking to move.
