It is getting better now. Almost everything in my unit is broken from washer to AC they keep fixing it and it keeps on breaking. They fixed AC a week ago and it has stopped working again

Moving from out of state. Everything has been great so far. Smooth transition and I love the area and community. I see the maintenance crew every day making the community better. It’s clean and peaceful.

The apartment is cozy and the facilities are okay. The gym needs some work, the grounds could be cleaner, and some community grills do not work. Maintenance is fast to respond.

Rough, the apartments were infested prior to our moving in. There is noticeable water damage that was never fixed prior to moving in, during the make-ready, they did not replace the counters that have burn holes all the way through the laminate and there is no caulking in the kitchen or bathrooms. The low income housing discount aspect is the main reason we are still here.
