Centre Oaks Apartments are a great place to live. We have great amenities. We have a great staff and maintenance department. I appreciate the fun things they provide us like bingo & great prizes, discount pizza days, beginning of the year drive breakfast, Rita’s frozen treats in the summer, Holiday candy or fun activities, etc. They don’t have to but choose to. They are always trying to help or solve the problem ( example - our hot water had to be off and I was in the middle of washing my hair. ... They didn’t just say sorry, they offered me the opportunity to go to a model to finish my hair…kind!). Again, a great place to live!

Speed Bumps Will Damage Your Car
I’m an Uber driver and I delivered a customer to this complex. Their speed bumps are unreasonably large and will still cause damage to lower vehicles no matter how fast you are going. I was going under the posted speed limit and the speed bump damaged the undercarriage of my vehicle. When I requested their insurance information they refused, said it was my fault and that I’d need to go through my insurance and claim it as an at-fault accident. I’m not going to have my rates go up due to the... incompetence of a apartment complex, will get it solved via legal means.

Been here from 5years - Great Community
Been living here almost from 5years. Friendly, nice and wonderful staff. Very nice decent community. Quick maintenance. Excellent Tennis and basket ball court. Clean Laundry service. Affordable Price.
