I expected more from this apt community. My apt was not cleaned well. The blinds were not clean (dust and grime made them sandy to the touch), the storage area was full of leaves and blind slat was left there as well, the air conditioning had to be fixed first thing. Plus the cfi plug was tripped so the refrigerator was not on. I'm thinking that if there was anyone in charge of QC these deficiencies would have been found. When flushing the toilet it is very loud when tank is refilling. The... landscaping beyond the patio is nothing but dirt and weeds..no grass, bushes or trees. So far I'm rather disappointed. I expected more from this complex.

Move in went smooth. There were some repairs that needed to be done like fixing the hot water and taking a hornet nest down. After a week with no hot water I just fixed it myself. Pretty quiet the train yard makes noise but it’s not crazy loud

nice location. nice amenities. a little bit old buildings. maintenance needs improvement. public areas gardening also needs improvement. the only community with kids park in the area.
