So very happy here at Eastbank. I feel safe, the staff is kind, helpful, and responsive. Great location to everything, shops, dining, access to freeways, and walks along the river.

Literally this place is living hell. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. I've lived here for almost a year and a half now and I could not be more excited to move out. They never answer the phone, elevators are always broken, maintenance never comes/answers, key fob (door access) is always broken so be ready to be locked out, fire alarm is constantly broken/going off, my bike got stolen out the cycle room and they did absolutely nothing about it , I could go on and on about how horrible this place is!... Definitely worth breaking a lease. It’s continuously getting worse by the day . Everyone in the leasing office does not care to help you with any problems you have. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !!! DONT LIVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE CONSTANT HEADACHE

The location of Eastbank at Waterside is perfect for me. Having personal services, Whole Foods and restaurants within walking distance is great! It’s been my home for 6 years. I plan to stay a while longer.

When moving in the ammentities were useful! The gym was a must, and we have so many places that we can walk to. Eating spots, shopping, and so much more.
