I've lived here for years and haven't had any complaints. Safe environment and great maintenance team. You call they come when its most convenient for you. Considerate and great customer service, they are always helpful and definitely know their stuff. If you're confused about anything they will be sure to explain to you. This is a great place to stay.

PLEASE RUN
okay, where to start? this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. this was my first apartment experience and it was horrific to say the least. upon moving in, there were MANY things wrong with my apartment. it was not cleaned, trash was thrown everywhere, carpet smelled, etc. I complained to the office and they gave me a small discount on first months rent.
Oh, something is broken or needs repair in your apartment? you’ll see maintenance 5 months later when your lease has nearly ended. you call && ask... about maintenance and they claim to never have seen your request which is a lie because i would call up there several times and ask/tell them about it.
Management? LMAO, what a joke. they change their office crew more than I change my underwear. Don’t get excited when you see new management in there though. This new crew doesn’t know what they’re doing either and the next probably won’t either. They tell you one thing, then tell you something different the next. They get mad at you when you don’t understand what they are trying to tell you.
Do you get consistent mail? I wouldn’t get my mail sent here. All the mailboxes are broken and aren’t secure. They been telling me that they would fix mine since July 2018. Ask me if it’s fixed now.... (no)
Ahhhh, you liked this apartment bc they not only have one pool, but two! don’t get too excited. i’ve lived here since june 2018 && i will be moving 2019 and i’ve seen the pool open ONE time.
You feel like this would be a safe environment for your kids? awww. NOPE. consistent gun shots throughout the week. many individuals standing outside asking if you know where to buy weed or if you would like to buy some.
let’s not forget that they randomly charged me for a late fee when i have never been late on one payment. when i called to have this fixed? they said ok && was it fixed?.... (no)
shout out to you if you’ve made it this far. moral of the story is: this place is GARBAGE. it was something new every week with these people. if i could give these apartment negative stars then trust me, i would. if being happy where you live is a priority, then moving here would only be a mistake.
but let me stop here bc i could literally write a 5pg essay on why i hate this place so much.

While we welcome all feedback, we are disappointed by this characterization of our team and community. Let us assure you that we strive to provide professional, courteous service at all times, and any policies we have in place are for the benefit of... our residents and their guests. If you would like us to detail any of our policies, or if we can address any of your other concerns, please feel free to stop by the office or give us a call at (817) 507-4000 when you have the time. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I say that because I dont want anyone to commit to a lease they cannot get out of. Trust me, you will want to get out of it once you move in. This lengthy but please take time to read for your own sanity and benefit. This is the WORST apartment I have EVER lived in, and the worst management I have EVER dealt with! Beware because these apartments flood anytime it rains. I know it's not just mine because the manager herself told me a lot of the apartments are facing the same... issue.
This flooding caused mold and mildew in my apartment and I had to live in it for two months because they consistently ignored my calls/requests to do something about until I got the code of complaince office involved, else I would still be living in mold. Guess what? They came to 'fix' it but the next time it rained, the flooding started all over again. This has caused health issues for my daughter and I. It has triggered my daughter's asthma severely and I have to put her on a nebulizer several times a day and now the doctors are suggesting she gets on steriods. I myself have spent a day at the hospital and a lot of money on medication because of the exposure to the mold and mildew.
I am paying for a two bedroom but for so many months now, one of them is completely inaccessible, so it basically means I'm being cheated out of my money. They do not in anyway care about their residents because I am not the only one who has had to to reach out to the code of complaince to 'force' them to fix something! Don't be fooled by their responses under people's complaints. It's just a marketing tool to make people think they care. Anytime I have talked about it with them, they keep coming up with excuse after excuse. Even I went to the leasing office to talk to them about it affecting our health, they want us to continue living in these deplorable conditions for another month, after which they will give another excise because that had been the trend. At the end of the day they go home to their comfy dry homes while their residents continue to suffer.

Somewhere to live
This is a beautiful place on the outside. I have been living here for a year now and won’t be renewing. They have went through 3 different managements and owners since I’ve been here. Maintenance takes a month to fix service requests and their excuse every time is that they are short staff. The manager will often catch an attitude with you and be snappy, unprofessional. I have to bomb my place so many months because the place has roaches. Spotted them my first day moving in! My bathtub is... peeling paint and it just clogges the tub up. You can tell they just constantly paint over the tub to make it look clean and new. Maintenance broke a light bulb in front of my front door and didn’t even bother to pick up the pieces. The walls are super thin, i hear my neighbors argue every night. My balcony has a huge crack in it and it’s leaning forward because of the crack in it. The price of rent is not worth the stay. Rent honestly should be cheaper because this place is not up to top qualities.

Poor Customer Service
I lived here for a year. The management changed about 4 months into living here. Both management had below par maintenance guys to the point I gave up submitting requests. The heat/cooling didn’t circulate very well, one of the many reasons I choose not to renew my lease. I always had to call the office to see if a package had been delivered to the office instead of my mailbox. Once when I asked if they could put it by my door on a Monday, I received a rude response, sorry some of us work... Monday-Friday 8-5 and can’t make it before you close during the week. Also when I went into the office to ask questions on a Saturday there was always a new girl that had just started and couldn’t answer it. I highly recommend you keep copies of EVERYTHING. They called me after I moved out saying I didn’t give notice very rudely. Their ton changed when I told them that I had a copy of the letter with the dates and the person I talked to, to confirm the letter had been received. Also they charged me for having to paint although, they stated that I left my apartment “move-in ready” can’t figure that on out.
