Been here about two weeks now, everyone I’ve met has been so friendly and helpful! the amenities have been so great as well! I love the area being in walking distance to so many of my favorite local places!

I was really enjoying the monarch when I first move here, but some negative experiences have dampened that excitement. I can say the community is kept clean, needs minor updates like the parking garage gate. Neighbors complain even if you mind your own business. Management is good about responding. Community events could use some work.

I really enjoying living here so far. It is close to a lot of good restaurants and the commute to my workplace in the medical district is really nice.
