I have also noticed a concerning presence of scorpions, and it appears that pest control measures are insufficient. Additionally, the gates to the property are not functioning properly, raising security concerns.

Moreover, I have experienced significant delays in communication from the leasing office. Our calls often go unanswered for 6 to 7 hours during business hours. I have received multiple 'Meet Mike' emails on different occasions, and when I attempted to address this issue, I was informed that I could opt out of the mailing list without further assistance.

Amo mi apartamento pero se que todo iría mejor si contáramos con una administración distinta con ganas de trabajar en función de la comunidad! Brea is a beautiful complex . I just feel the upkeep could be better surrounding the trash especially. It would kerp down the fruit flies. The dumpsters outside and trash room smells consistently. I know from experience living other places that it can addressed and mitigated. When i first leased here the smell was minimal, maybe because it wasn't at the capacity that it is now.
