Although we LOVE our beautiful spacious apartment, we are disgusted. We are absolutely mortified to call this place home. Our first year here was as good as it could be during the pandemic, our second year has been hell. We have had multiple issues with our appliances, an on going issue with mold, and have now been without clean water for 6 DAYS! 2 days after our water should’ve been fine, I took a shower the water from the faucet burned my eyes….. We have to visit family to cook, do laundry and... even shower. We also have a 19 month old. It takes months for the maintenance team to get anything done, it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office, and forget about walking in because no one is willing to help. We have now been asking to move into a new unit since ours has been uninhabitable for at LEAST 4 weeks now. Over the last 3 months, my husband, 19month old daughter, and I have all broken out in head to toe hives. Her pediatrician told us her breakout specifically from mold exposure. I am now extremely suspicious that all of ours had to do with the fact mold has been growing in my home, and spread to our clothes. We will be having testing done. We have been telling Cobb hill for over a year now that there is a problem with our water heater, each time they come and shop vac the water and say “I’ll send someone over to fix it tomorrow”…. Never got fixed. We have had so many issues over the last year, it is not worth the money it costs to live here. Will not be renewing our lease.

Great place for families
I've been here awhile and absolutely love it. I'm a mother of a 5-month old and a stickler for quiet places. If you're looking for a spacious and quiet setting this is the place to live. There are no aggressive pets here. Which was another concern I had before moving here. It's a very clean and neat property. The management go above and beyond to meet tenant needs. Maintenance team is fabulous as well. They are timely , friendly, and will fix any maintenance issues you may have. If safety... is a concern, this is the place to be. It is safe for kids to play and a kids' playroom is one of the many amenities here. The neighbors are super friendly as well. Parking here is awesome. There is plenty of space for you and your visitors. They don't need to park way off in another area like some other apartment complexes. They have options for an attached garage if you prefer. There is extra storage space there too. I just wish the garage was a tad bit bigger. The mail comes here early!! No need to wait until 4 or 5 pm for the mail lol. Lastly, they have valet trash that will pick up your trash right outside your door. No need to haul all that garbage to the dumpster. All in all, this is a great place to live.

Alta Cobb Hill is a very nice place to stay
Apartment complex is very clean and it's a very quite and safe place. It's also very family friendly. The pool is very nice and there are common use grills but there isn't much shade and in the hotter months is not very comfortable to sit around the pool area. The fitness center is small but nice and they have a game area with a pool table and kitchen which can be used for small get gatherings but they close it at 6pm which is inconvenient. the location is located just off the Dallas North Toll... Way which is convenient and the staff is very friendly. Overall, this is a very nice place and I would chose it again.

Alta Cobb Hill is a Great Place to Live
Alta Cobb Hill is a very nice complex. It isn't gated, but I always feel safe with the great staff and friendly neighbors. I don't like the hassle of gates anyway. I've been here for 2 years and I've only had one issue for maintenance (lighting in my closet had gone out), which was taken care of right away. I love that I can operate the music in the fitness center, keeping in mind other residents that may be in there working out. I don't have any kids, but there's a cute kid area in the fitness... center. The pool is a nice area too. I love seeing people fish in the lake by the pool, but don't forget to put them back! They are in the process of painting the complex and it looks very elegant so far. The staff is really great with community activities such as garage sales, pool parties, jewelry show, and other food included, family friendly events. They also send out emails to inform you of anything going on in the complex such as fire alarm inspections, etc. I don't have a garage, but I always find a parking space near my apartment. There was a time where FedEx left a note on my door, but there was no package for me left in the office. The staff was very helpful with investigating the mysterious FedEx note, which turned out to be a mistake of FedEx. I was very pleased with how it was handled, even with the many phone calls I gave them. I have to mention how spacious my 1 bedroom unit is. I can literally dance around in my bathroom; and a washer and dryer is included in my unit! My only problem is the pricing. It isn't terrible, but I am single and living alone, which hurts my pockets. I wish that the rent didn't increase each year, but it is more affordable than other apartments that I've seen with this quality. I would recommend Alta Cobb Hill Apartments.

Alta Cobb Hill
Very nice complex. My 1 bedroom is very spacious, however, pricey for me because I'm single and am living alone. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've had no problems.
