Not just an apartment, it’s home!
I have been living at Sorrel Phillips Creek Ranch Apartments in Frisco for 6 months and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I first toured the property, I knew this would be my home. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, including a gym, newly updated sparkling pool, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
One of the standout aspects of living here is the incredible office staff and property managers. They are always... friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. Whether it's handling maintenance requests promptly or organizing community events, they excel in making this place feel like a true community. Their dedication and attention to detail truly set this property apart.

Great Place !!

Nice Apartments
Touring the community with Ms.Rika was great! I loved how clean and quit the property was during the evening time (rush hours). It’s a plus when you find a nice spacious apartment at great rates and it being close to my work place! The overall experience was great.
