Nice houses, quiet. Parking is hard to find after 6:30pm if you have more than 1 car. The gate break a lot but I do appreciate they get them fixed every time. Internet used to go out a lot but hasn’t in a while which is nice bc when the internet goes out you can’t open the gates to get in. Rent is getting pretty expensive especially since they don’t have any amenities but a small pool, bbq and 1 pickle ball court. I do like the location and not sharing a wall with a neighbor and I have my own... fenced area.

I had a pipe burst and they were able to send someone to cap it on a holiday and then fix it the next day and repair the wall the day after that. Happy with the quick turnaround.

Living here is great, the rent is a bit high. It would also offer a bit more security if the exit gate closed there are always random people coming through the gate. It doesn’t feel safe.
