If you like high rent, high electricity bills, slow internet, poor cell reception, the smell and look of dog feces, the "security" gates being wide open for months on end, the pool being closed for most of the summertime, and an management office that is selectively open during OPEN business hours, then this may be the place for you!

Not good
These Apts were once real nice they have really went down hill. I've been here 31/2 years and these are the worst new management they have had $751.00 for a 1 bedroom dont move here I'm praying to leave as soon as i can. I really hope the truth don't count against me.

Nice but room for improvement
Hello everyone I have lived at this property for 8 years I came to this state in 2007. Since then the management has changed a lot but I have always been able to get along with each manager. The property is ok but it needs up keep often times the kids on this property leave the trash outside of the ben and you can tell that maintenance is not very concerned. When I need something fixed they are very quick to come out so there is not a problem there but the grounds are much to be desired as far... as the up keep and the parents let their children make all sorts of noise in the breezeway of where I live. They have an police officer that checks the grounds in the evening so that makes me feel a little better about going out at night an walking my dog.
