Move-in went smoothly. Staff is friendly and helpful. My apartment is wonderful. A very small maintenance issue was quickly addresses. This seems like a great place to live!

I love Heights Waterworks! Friendly staff, attentive and walkable to such a cute part of Houston! I knew from the second I walked in the lobby and how welcoming it was (and how good it smelled) that this is where my next chapter would be. Will be renewing for sure!

I love living at Heights 10X Waterworks. The front office ladies are so nice and always helpful and the maintenance has always been quick and efficient for me.

I live at 10X Heights and am very happy with my personal unit, the staff who for the most part keep things running smoothly and the community in general. I like the various amenities (pool, gym, rooftop, valet trash), the quiet and cleanliness. But it’s the staff who make the place special, welcoming, fun (they have organized games, parties and yoga classes), and respond to repair requests. Is everything perfect…no. But overall it’s great place to live and I’m looking forward to another year... there.

Love living here! The building is amazing and the location is great and close to such great food. And the staff is the best and so great! Seriously the best place to live!
