The leasing office staff and maintenance team are friendly at 2900 West Dallas. The grounds are well-kept. Great location in Montrose. Beautiful hardwood floors and natural gas stove and oven. Spacious floor plans.

Our experience so far has been great! Move in was super easy and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The building is clean and quiet. We have enjoyed our time so far.

I’ve been here 3 years and absolutely love it. Property is beautiful and in a great, walkable area. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon and highly recommend moving here.
