I’m really glad I chose to move into 4001 Midtown. The views from my windows and patio are awesome, the apartment has plenty of space, and the team here is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. Aimee is a rockstar, super efficient, quick to handle anything that comes up, and knows the area like the back of her hand.
The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I’ve been impressed with how consistent the events and food trucks are. The location is a major win too. You’re just minutes from... the Heights, Galleria, River Oaks, and Montrose. Whether it’s tacos at Velvet Taco, brunch at Snooze, or a night out in Downtown, everything’s close and easy to get to. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.

I love living here my only issue is the extreme high water bill other then that they really try and keep the property clean the staff is friendly courteous and understanding. . Overall I rate my property a solid 9 only because I wish they would possibly find a better solution for these water rates
