The staff is always nice! Other tenants are respectable and the Apt complex and hallway are always clean, and only 2 lights from the FreeWay, top of the parking garage also has a very good view of the city

Poor On-site Management
7 Seveny in 2016 was great! Nice residents and amazing office staff. Since Hurricane Harvey it has gone downhill. The office has high turnover with temps all the time from other projects that have no idea what is going on and say whatever to get you out of there. The old staff would at least listen if there were issues, contact the main management and on a whole resolve any problems. The office now dismisses your concerns, talks over you and sums things up with...I didn't talk to you before. The... resident population has totally changed. Cars left with flats for months-using up parking spaces, trash thrown everywhere, vomit that stayed in parking garage for 3 weeks, dog poo in stairwells left and kicked around, residents run hall in underwear and robes open, guys in hoodies smoking in garage on weekends- refusing to move so you can pass. The dog park has been a mud hole since Harvey. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

I have not lived here but have been a guest here multiple times. Saturday night my car was towed for parking on the fifth floor, where only one other car was parked and a floor that no residents live on. The residents and staff members I have spoken with before and after being towed, were unaware of where guest parking was located. This cost me $239 for parking in a garage. (Not in an assigned spot, not in a fire lane, not in a handicapped space, but an empty 5th floor parking garage that is not... labeled.)
There are no signs or markings letting you know where visitor parking is and there are no numbers indicating what floor you are on inside the parking garage. My friend lives on the second floor and I parked on the fifth floor trying to do the right thing and go up to what we thought was visitor parking. There are towing signs but the signs state the following, “Towing is enforced for anyone who is not a resident or a resident’s guest.”
After being towed I called three times requesting to speak with the manager and gain more clarification. Each time I was told that she was busy and would call me back. I still haven’t received a call from the manager.
So my advice would be to stay as far away from this place as you can! The office staff is not helpful at all and refuses to acknowledge problems. Also, if you don’t want to get your car towed from an empty parking garage floor, DO NOT PARK HERE!

Amazing Service
This apartment complex has the most amazing service I have ever experienced. They always answer the phones and are very nice and accommodating. I felt important to them. Chelsea is amazing!! Lease with her!!
