These apartments are awful. The ac breaks every couple of months and we were told it wasn’t an emergency because it’s cold outside (currently getting up to 80° both inside and outside). We aren’t allowed to decorate for holidays, they charge $50 per item they remove from your porch if you do. The bath tub sounds like it’s going to fall through the floor, our dishwasher leaves our dishes dirtier than when we put them in. The neighbors are always outside screaming at the top of their lungs. The... parking is atrocious, so many people without smi realty stickers stay parked for days at a time causing us to have to park near the front and walk all the way across the complex to get to our apartment. Staff at the front are rude and don’t let you get a word in. They only care about the money aspect and not about the well-being of the tenants. The moment I received my key I felt at home. Maintenance is prompt in your request. Office staff are wonderful to have and they look out for their tenants. Ms. Karen is a doll as well as the rest of the team. They know how to make you feel safe secure and welcomed! I would recommend Beamer Place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!
