Living at Carrington Place Apartments has been an absolute joy since day one. The people here, like Daniel, Kimberly, Neslie, and the maintenance team to my neighbors, have made it feel like a real community. There are always events and get-togethers happening, making it easy to meet new people and feel like you belong.

The place itself is always so well-kept. The grounds are beautiful, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. It's refreshing to come home to such... a well-maintained environment.

As for the apartments, they're fantastic. They're spacious, modern, and have everything you need to feel comfortable. I love the attention to detail, from the stylish finishes to the thoughtful amenities. And having access to things like the gym and pool is a nice bonus. My favorite amenity is their clubhouse. It has a game room and a business center. It’s just so gorgeous!

In summary, Carrington Place Apartments is a wonderful place to live, with a welcoming community, beautiful surroundings, and great amenities. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home. If you’re looking to find a place to lease, make sure to ask for Neslie and Kim! They’re amazing!

The only thing I have disliked is using a portal to set up direct billing instead of using office personnel.

I highly recommend this property because the privacy, good parking, and maintenance is very quick.

The hallway stink with trash when we walk out; It smells like a dead animal. It' embarrassing when company comes over.

Have not moved in quite yet but it looks clean staff very friendly and the environment looks great
