Start with getting the upkeep and appearance better and fix the security gates. We pay for safety and cleanliness but not worth it

This is my 7th year living at this complex. The amenities and the staff just keep getting better. I had and an old dog and would sometime have to walk him at 3:00 a.m., and it would feel just as safe as if I was walking him during the day. The complex is well lit and I have never had any problems. And I frequently had to walk my elderly dog in the early morning hours.
