j Terrible place to rent from. They just make up charges as they go when you move out and there is nothing you can do about it. Charged a cleaning fee, even though it was cleaned. Charged a huge fee for not giving 60 days notice on a THREE MONTH LEASE! If you only rent the apartment for a three month lease why give notice, it was needed and used for three months!

According to your signed lease agreement, "Lease will automatically renew month-to-month unless either party gives at least 60 days’ written notice of termination or intent to move out as required by Par. 36." This applies to all... leases, no matter the term. We have been in contact with David to explain the reasons for the cleaning fee. Place needs some serious maintenance investment. My entire west facing window block leaked water when it rained. No one ever changed the A/C furnace air filters. Neighbor had 3 dogs (limit is 2). Two weeks ago during a rainstorm someone let their BIG dog leave a BIG crap right inside the back door entrance and it sat there for about 2 hours. Surrounding neighbors are all the homeless who can't get into the homeless shelters. When you leave for work, they are always on the corner panhandling.... Not a great place to walk around at night either unless the baseball team is playing and then there's a crowd. Lots of other downtown places to rent from for the same amount of $ in better hoods.

We change A/C filters every time we do a work order in an apartment home or whenever a resident requests it be done. As for the dogs, our community... gladly accepts service animals to those in need.
