Highly Impressed so far! Coming from another Greystar Property!
I recently toured Elev 8 in downtown Houston and was not only impressed but also thrilled to be approved for my new apartment within 24 hours! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. The property itself is stunning, with modern design elements that give it a luxurious yet welcoming vibe.
A special shoutout to Sonia, who truly made this experience exceptional. She was incredibly prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable, taking the time to show me various units... that suited my preferences. Sonia’s commitment to ensuring I found the right fit was evident, and her genuine care made the decision-making process easy. She showed me a few different units before I was able to come to my decision.
My move-in is scheduled for next month, so this review reflects my experience from the initial tour through the completion of the application process and approval. I plan to update this review as I settle in and gain further insight into the property and overall living experience.
