I had decided to downsize and have less maintenance. After touring Esoria, my agent listed my home and it sold with a full offer in 9 days. I did not want anything to change in my life except my address. I am happy in my beautiful home here at ESPRIA thus far, since December 2023.

Espria is a safe, clean, and friendly apartment complex. I enjoy living here because I feel taken care of. Any questions are welcomed and answered promptly by the staff. I'm very happy with my choice to live here!

MOLD/INSECT INFESTED
This is my first apartment and this is by far the worst experience I can imagine having with a property. This is the second time I have had an issue with mold engulfing my apartment. No accommodations were made whatsoever and management suggest that I purchase some humidifiers on Amazon and keep my air on auto instead of fan on which is why they stated I am having this issue.
