My car was towed in a reserved spot. It so happens that the word "Reserved" is faded and the tow truck guy can not see it. The pinpad at the entrance does not work and management does not want to take it down. Most of the laundry machines does not work and the office knows. The patios have rotten wood and needs to be replaced.

In order to better understand the issue, could you please visit the office at your... earliest convenience? We'd like to discuss the concern further and confirm the location of your parking to ensure the reserved spot is clearly visible.
Additionally, we wanted to inform you that our laundry rooms are currently undergoing upgrades, but there have been unexpected delays on the vendor's end, which have extended the timeline.
Regarding the pin pad, we are actively working with a vendor to update the system, allowing access for non-residents such as vendors, delivery drivers, transportation services, and emergency personnel.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work through these matters. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Do Not MOVE Here!
If I could leave zero stars I would. CAUTION, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lived here for years. It takes forever to get maintenance to come out, I have a neighbor that plays loud music all day and night. I've gone to the office too many timess to count and nothing has been done. I'm told a warning has been sent out, well evidently that doesn't work because he hasn't stopped. I have called the cops and they don't even show up. It is currently 11 pm, Nov 5th, and the music has been going since this... morning. I went in the office today to hear the same tired excuse, "we'll send a warning." The laundry area is raggedy, there are so many apartments with broken windows and covered with plywood, I'm embarrassed to invite guests over. Not to mention my ceiling has been leaking and is now discolored and cracked. I wish I could upload pictures just to show how awful things are here!

Regret moving here
I really like the quiet neighborhood, yet damaged mailboxes, a damaged gate and laundry machines not working in over a year will not keep a tenant. The office does not care about the morale of the community

Regret moving here
I really like that this apartment community is walking distance to Westheimer such as HEB, Target and Walmart. I like the spacious apartment and that the community is quiet.
Three things that I do not like as it has been well over a year all laundry machines were working; the laundry machines are vintage. Secondly, the mailboxes has been damaged and there literally is no plans to renovate all the mailboxes. If you inquire about the mailboxes, they respond like that are do not want you to bring... that to their attention with a nonchalant response, "we are working on that". Last, the management company has no desire to get a new entrance /exit gate with a working machine for a gate code. Mailboxes and the gate also has been damaged for over a year.
