Pool Parties

When you move here, prepare for loud pool parties every day of the summer that go on well in to the night. Parking is weird. Someone parked in my original space so I got a new parking space, turns out the person ever assigned that to me even though we talked about it on the phone. Almost got towed. Finally have a new parking space. But I’m still being charged for two parking spaces.

If you’re on the first floor, you can hear your neighbor upstairs toilet flush. Every single time they go to the...
bathroom. I put in a request to get my hot water fixed in the beginning since I moved here they came out and worked on it it still has not been fixed.

Honestly, I could deal with everything except the loud pool parties every single day and night. It starts early in the afternoon and goes on well into the night. During the summer, it happens Monday through Sunday. During the fall or the spring it happens every weekend. Also, the fire alarm goes off randomly. One time I was woken up in the middle of the night because the fire alarm went off. Just recently the fire alarm went off during the middle of the day.


This property is not bad, the pool parties just make it unbearable. Maybe if I didn’t live by the pool, it would be better. Will not be renewing my lease at this time.

I honestly am waiting for my lease to be up so I can move. It was a nice beautiful apartment. Unfortunately it’s just not worth it.

Leasing office and parking

This a really nice complex don’t get me wrong, the amenities are great and so is the location. Although, parking is terrible I live on the 1st floor and have been assigned a 5th floor parking which is not convenient at all. Don’t try calling the leasing office you won’t have any luck you may have better luck sending a email although you might not get a response till and few days later. The office is unorganized they had me pay a rate when I moved in and then a week and half later they called me... to say I still have a remaking balance due which was faulted by the lessening agent that had me do the payment gave me the wrong amount to pay in the beginning, which leads me to have to pay a remaining amount right before next months rent. If you have guest, good luck with parking because there is absolutely no guest parking and if you decide to park anywhere on the complex as a guest prepare for your vehicle to get towed.

Horrible

I went to apply and I was super poorly attended. I did not receive the necessary attention or explanation. After having paid the application. So it all resulted in me losing my money from the app. I really don't recommend it.

RUNNNNNN AWAYYYY!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! RPM Living is a HORRIBLE property owner. Tires stolen INSIDE "SECURE" GARAGE, packages stolen from door and all RPM cans say is "they aren't reliable"!!!!

Trash in the hallways, human bile/throw up left in common areas and elevator FOR DAYS!!!

"Secure doors" never work - Always broken!!!
The office people NEVER answer the phone!

Trust me... RUN!!!!!

Experience

The unit had some water damage to it prior to my move in date. I moved in on a Saturday and maintenance did not return the keys to the leasing office in time for the unit to be cleaned. Therefore, when I arrived to pick up the keys I was then notified that the apartment would have to be cleaned 2 days after I moved in date.

Of course I wouldn’t move my belongings into a apartment without cleaning it up first. There was hair everywhere and none of the restrooms were cleaned, the floors had not...
been cleaned either. In addition the dust from the ceiling repair was all over the counter tops, the floor in the living area as well as the kitchen. There were hair products splattered on the walls and the doors in one of the bathrooms.

The form that I was given stated to list any damages in the apartment. The apartment was not damage but, it definitely was not clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t know at the time that I needed to list any areas that were not clean on the form. I entrusted that ZRS management would have the integrity to have documented my move-in experience.

Along with my move in experience they did not have any way for me to access the parking garage until a resident that was moving out came in to return theirs so for several days I used a used parking decal to get in and out of the garage. There is absolutely no convenient parking for visitors. I was giving a parking spot on the roof with no access to the building on that floor with someone that was added to my lease that was in a wheelchair.

While staying there there were always street walkers walking alongside my window and you could hear gun shots and arguing at least 2-3 times a month. The area isn’t safe the only thing good about the area is easy access to restaurants and the grocery stores.
