Been at theses apartment for 2 years now. They office people works with you when it comes to being late one rent. I don't have a rat nor a bug problem. Yeah it's texas so I get a few of those from outside but none in my apartment. Whenever I had a problem with my apartment they either fix it right away or had a specialist come to fix it a day or two later but it would still get fix. The parking/visitors parking could improve but they do have a select days every month where they don't tow cars.... The neighborhood is a mix of good and bad but the property it self is pretty relaxing. They have been some improvements like we do have a guard and also cameras on property. They do they best to maintain and keep up with the property.

Beware Pest Control/ Rat Infestation
Please reconsider living here. I came here thinking these apts were sanitary and everything was good but the whole year was a nightmare! No parking space for visitors..they find any excuse to tow your vehicle. Rats in every complex and ppl outside throwing trash in the community.. so sad. Needs new management

Corrupt and rude
If I could give 0 stars I would, I don’t even live there and I don’t even visit my mother who does live there for parking reasons, I have gotten towed three times in less than 6 months, one time I had a pass the previous manager had given and since it’s a new manager they didn’t accept it so I got towed, the second time I parked for 15 min in my mother’s assigned parking which she pays for, after that the manager told me I couldn’t park in an assigned parking even if I was allowed by the owner... of the spot, anyways so yesterday I go visit her around 4 parked in the visitors parking where management had told me to park the lady time I went in there, keep in mind there are only 4 visitors parking outside the main gate, well my car also got taken from there, this is over $900 that I’ve had to pay just for wanting to visit a resident there, this is unacceptable and is a crime, stealing people’s hard earned money just to fill yours! Shame on you!!!!! It’s the holidays for Christ sake have a heart... the times I have gone to pick up my car from the pound I have had the pleasure of speaking to residents from this same property all of the complaining about this towing situation, I mean one lady lost her car because it got taken multiple times and one of them because her parking pass had expired ONE day BEFORE ! Someone needs to do something about this situation, now I’m stuck with no car And a bill of $300!i honestly don’t recommend anyone living here you will spend a lot more money on situations like that I s than what you save by renting with them , they don’t care about their people and the property is not the nicest looking property you can find better out there and can actually sleep right knowing your vehicle will be there when you cone out.. if you dig in these reviews you will see how many people complain about this same issue, and a lot of them don’t know they can leave a review, but if I have to teach people to express themselves I will even if I have to go door to door, I’m officially fed up!

Do not move here
Towed my car for no reason, then called the cops on their own resident because they couldn’t solve the problem, they gave me a permit told me where I could park so I won’t get towed, still got towed, was told there was no bugs, and there were bugs everywhere
