I love my new home. When I came to the property to inquire about a place to live ,I was greeted with such excellent customer service. I have been a tenant for 9 months and I love it here. The office staff along with Ms. Johann is Awesome. Ms. Johann goes above to make sure the tenants needs are met. I have had several work orders turned in and they have been taking care of. Ms. Johann and staff calls back to see if you are satisfied with the outcome of your request , that's means a lot to me... to know they care about me. The maintenance staff is outstanding and works hard to correct and complete work orders. Thanks.
Lakeview Estates is a beautiful place to live ,its quiet, clean and I can call it home. All my family and friends state how nice it is and you don't feel afraid when visiting.

not worth it!!!!!
My car was broken into twice, stole once, huge trash problems, The mail boxes are broken into every 6months, they take the face off and tamper with all the mail!! Never will I stay here again!!

Unprofessional Staff/ DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.
Definitely would not recommend living here. I've only been here a little over a month and they've already charged me a random $75 fee for a mistake on their end. (Said they forgot to charge me the fee before I moved in ... WHAT??) Literally got harassed by the front office because they claimed I cancelled my renters insurance after I moved in. (I paid for my plan in FULL before I moved in... why would I cancel something that's paid for.) Then once they realized it was a mistake on their end, I... received no type of apology or anything. I can tell that they're used to certain type of people living here and it's ridiculous. Always trying to get extra money from their residents but my maintenance request still hasn't been taken care of and it's been 6 weeks.

I’ve been staying here at this property for 5yrs it’s a wonderful place to be. Chris is a great help he put himself in your situation that’s a awesome trait of understanding and so reliable and that’s amazing especially to live here it’s very convenient..take my advice go see Chris for your move

not worth the rent price. too high
not worth the price. when I first moved in rent was $200 lower than what's posted now. they go up each year and have not made any improvements inside the apartments. old appliances. AC has gone out twice. this is a moderate crime area with shootings at the pool hall across the street. there's an extended stay motel right across the street. the property values for homes in this area are not high enough to justify the rent price. turnover tenants because the price is unreasonable. also. I've put... in service request and office claims they did big get them. Valerie in the office is rude. not worth it.

We are disappointed to read your comments about crime issues in the neighborhood and take them very seriously. If you have not done so previously, we would like to encourage you to contact the office and share the details of what you have witnessed... with our Manager. One of our top priorities is to work with the Police department in order to provide reasonable deterrents to criminal activity and to be supportive as they try to investigate incidents that have occurred at our community, in the neighborhood or in our City. We have been and will continue to be very supportive of whatever measures that the police recommend to us as they work hard to respond to and address criminal activity. Our community hosts crime awareness meetings and we regularly encourage our residents and their guests to take proactive, common sense measures to try to prevent being the victim of a crime. Some of those measures include: • Report any suspicious activity immediately to the police. • Report any malfunctioning locks or lighting to the management office – it will be addressed as a “priority”. • Remember to keep your doors and windows locked at all times and not to leave valuables exposed in your auto. • Get to know your neighbors and work with them to be aware of what is happening in and around your home. • Do not walk alone late at night. Most of these suggestions come straight from the police department and we encourage everyone to take them seriously.
