Zero amenities, no safe place to walk (no sidewalks anywhere you have to walk where the cars drive and don’t mind their speed), emails to management go ignored, parking is nonexistent, constant construction and maintenance makes it impossible to ever relax at home, nothing for kids (no playgrounds or kids activities), no grills, very few/sparse dog waste receptacles and bags, aggressive breeds are everywhere, neighbors smoke weed openly, now management sent an email encouraging people to rent... their units out for air bnb so I guess this isn’t a safe residential property anymore it’s a dang hotel for strangers to come and go as they please. There is absolutely NOTHING about this place that makes it luxury living idk why they advertise it as such

I've lived here almost 4 years and I love it! The staff is always very helpful and maintenance is very prompt at getting your maintenance needs take care of. I would definitely recommend Las Palms as wonderful place to live!!!

The location is beautiful, it is a peaceful place and safe and secure so far. Management is good, maintenance is busy most of the time but they resolve the issue sooner or later.
