Manager is HORRIBLE. Once your lease is up she doesn’t let you renew it your basically living Month to month. And will raise your rent when she pleases. No visitor parking , Car will be towed if your vehicle doesn’t have a visitor pass on window or sticker the moment sun goes down someone will get your car towed. Even in your in your assigned parking spot. Oh and it’s “assigned “ but if someone parks there guess what tow people can’t come unless manager calls and there’s limited “guest... parking” Mold around all the windows , around all the vents. No matter how clean you leave your apartment , you’ll have worms coming out from toilet and roaches coming out of every crack. They paint everything before you move and replace the carpet but the new won’t last long when the paint starts lifting and you see bugs coming out of nowhere :) It’s cheap but that’s the price of cheap I guess

Me Chateau
Le Chateau apt has always been for many years a safe place to live other than the two break ins. Management is very rude and treat tenants with as nothing. There's no visitors parking and they requested my family pet must leave the premises immediately although there was mold in my bathroom, a horrible wallpaper that has been there since about... 13 years, lack of visitor parking, ac didn't work for 3 days and the water boiler was off for 5 days (thursday- Tuesday), very inconvenient when it's... the weekend and the kids are sweaty. Sarah, the manager, has good and bad days and she shows it! She incouraged me to write her a list of things that must be fixed, and so I did. she loses the list and many of the tickets done to repair , have been lost. Its not a bad place to live but if ever there needs some maintaince done, be sure to wait a week, or perhaps, 2 years. I've lived here for 13 years because of the area, but I feel as though it's gotten less if an apt than ever before.
