Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are sincerely sorry to hear about the issues you’ve faced with water and electricity. This is not the standard we strive for, and we understand how frustrating this must be. We are actively working to resolve... these problems and improve our communication with residents. We appreciate your patience at this time.

Nice apartments… VERY HOOD.

Lovely apartment minus the baby sink and the ancient stackable washer & dryer. I loved the view from my apartment, it got so much sun! I have no issues with the maintenance staff, they are wonderful. I don’t even particularly have issues with management inside the leasing office.

I have a major issue with the fact that in less than six months, all four of my tires have been stolen TWICE. Management knows that newer models of Toyota and Honda are SPECIFICALLY targeted. MANAGEMENT ALSO KNOWS...
THAT THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY THESE INCIDENCES ARE INSIDE JOBS. The criminals live there or at least have access from residents that do.

The first time my tires were stolen overnight, the second time, they were stolen at 1:15 in the afternoon!!!! ON CAMERA. WITH AUDIO.

Therefore, it doesn’t matter where you park, when you park, or if it’s in full view of a camera. MY CAR WILL ALWAYS BE A TARGET. These criminals DO NOT CARE. Which causes anxiety and paranoia EVERY DAY. This is no way to live!

I have seen no additional lights in the parking lot, no additional cameras, the only effort I’ve seen is one of the lazy courtesy officers circling the parking lot in the middle of the night. Well, what does that do for vehicles that are vandalized in the broad daylight on a Sunday!?

Instead of accommodating me, they’ve offered me a “FREE GARAGE” that they don’t even have!! I want to be let out of my lease with no early termination fee!

Best avoided if possible.

I was stuck at this location after COVID struck and it suddenly became the only place I could afford near the med center. That is no longer the case. After several unfortunate years here in multiple units, here is my review:

Pros:
-Relatively close to the med center.
-Uncovered parking is free, and I haven’t had my car broken into.
-Packages are most often easily received and delivered.
-Can at first be an affordable choice, but you will never be able to afford renewal.
-Tenants, while noisy,...
seem to be mostly kind people, and it’s a diverse and welcoming demographic.

Cons:
-It’s a roach hotel. The “Valet Living” trash “service” they make you pay for (no opting out) will skip days without warning, leaving hallways packed with trash.
-During a particularly hot summer, they seemed to have lapsed in their pest control (all the outside roach bait boxes were collected and didn’t come back). Roaches of both major types swamped the apartments for the hottest part of the summer. Also, ants and spiders are a permanent nuisance, and they leave the hallways absolutely festooned with spiderwebs.
-Lazy cleaning crew. The hallways are left consistently uncleaned for weeks at a time. The hallways, trash rooms, elevators, and even newly cleaned apartments will be filthy. See how many boogers you can see wiped on the elevator walls if you visit.
-Loud tenants. There are no enforced noise rules, and all the units are in the same building. If you’re in a courtyard facing unit, I hope you’re not nightshift.
-Rude staff. They shuffled staff through at a rapid clip over the last year, and none of the good staff or managers who used to be here remain. They will be overtly aggressive in some cases, and mockingly dismissive in others.
-Unwilling to negotiate leases or renewals, even when better apartments nearby are cheaper (as is the case now, thankfully).
-Gun crime. There are gunshots in the back parking lot every other weekend. Consider yourselves warned. “Courtesy officers” seem to ignore it.
-Stray and abandoned pets. Abandoned dogs were living in the back lot and attacking residents for weeks during February of 2022.

Two years ago I would have given this place a solid three stars and recommended it if you were desperate and downsizing. Now I wouldn’t recommend it even then. This review is from January 2023.

LOOK AT YOUR MONTHLY RENT STATEMENT EVERY MONTH

It is a huge mistake to move here! Having free months' rent is not worth the headache—random charges on your lease with no explanation. Then when asked for a simple explanation, they have no explanation. After I told them repeatedly to explain the charge and I will pay it along with the deposit for the new kitten. Still crickets on the random unexplained charge. Their retort was to charge a late fee on the random charge with no explanation. The moral of the story is Nantucket at Fannin Station... assumes you will not read your lease, so they can add unexpected charges for you to pay! Forget moving here if you are a shift worker and cannot see them during office hours because they don't read emails!

Save your time and money

I'm shocked to see all these five star reviews. The best part about this property is the location. The office staff seems nice but I've been attempting to speak to the manager for MONTHS and have yet to receive a call back. The leasing agents duck and dodge phone calls and it's quite sad. The elevator is broken every other day. Neighbors are loud. The model units look nice but if you must move here, please view your actual unit before signing the lease because construction isn't the greatest....

Overall, the office staff has thoroughly pissed me and my apartment locator (who they don't want to pay) off and I would not recommend this place.
