I know the PARO office team and PARO maintenance team work very hard at trying to meet the needs of its residents. In my view most of the community problems at PARO need to be better addressed by GS corporate.

I like my apartment. It is spacious, and the location is close to grocery stores, etc. the in house maintenance people are friendly and helpful. Usually the response is quick. This time communications failed. The dirty halls and garage concern me though.

We are doing our best to clean as much as possible, but it is a challenge to keep it clean all of the time right now.... Once the renovations are complete, we will have the hallways and garage back to the level of cleanliness that we are all used to here. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

I have spoken with other tenants who feel the same as I. We are very disappointed in how the cleanliness has gone downhill, and therefore we would hesitate to recommend these apartments at this time.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the cleanliness of our community. As you know, we are currently renovating our community, and sometimes it can get a little messy with the construction. However, the construction should be completed... quite soon, and the community is going to look amazing!
Our Spotless Communities initiative (See it. Say it. We will solve it.) that we have at PARO was created for situations such as this, and I recommend taking advantage of it. If we miss something while cleaning the grounds, hallways, and garage, please contact us and let us know. We will take care of it. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns.

Great location, Spacious apartments, nice community and very helpful management & staff. Just disappointed with appliances not being functional after moving in.
