The community has a new management and they are making changes to it, the staff is very helpful and maintenance take care of your issues prompt.

NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN. THEY HAVE 1 SECURITY GUARD THAT COMES EVERY NOW AND AGAIN. PEOPLE BREAK IN YOUR APARTMENT AND THE OFFICE IS NO HELP AS THE SO CALLED SURVEILLANCE IS NOT WORKING. If I could rate zero stars I would. Bed bug infestation, roaches, horrible management, water not work on weekends and no one to call for emergency repairs. Don't care about your well being they just want your money. They won't work with you and I'm not talking about paying rent because I've NEVER been late. They should shut these apartments down or get new management and better communication skills. Stay FAR away from Sago Palms unless you don't care where you lay your head.
