Front office is nice but it doesn’t make up for the poor maintenance of the apartment. The hallways always smell and are dirty. Every so often it SMELLS clean but the floors are still dirty and stains from 3 months ago are still there. There was a dead roach in the hallway for 2 weeks so they don’t clean. False sense of security!!! My fob is constantly not working and the sensors on all the doors never work. When I bring it to the offices attention they say someone is coming to fix it but it’s... been months. The gates are always broken and when this happens they leave them open. This lets just about anyone the opportunity to wonder because the doors in the garage are always unlocked. The garage is poorly designed with blind spots at every turn. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. The courtyard always smells like urine. On top of this, there have consistently been random charges in my portal. The site we use to pay doesn’t break down the fees and forces you to pay whatever amount is listed. You get an email with the amount of rent due, but then I’m paying this plus those random fees that I have no idea what they’re for. I’ve brought this to the offices attention via email and they never respond. When I go in person they say they saw my email and I won’t have to pay but the charge stays on my portal and I’m forced to pay it anyway. It is just not worth it. I will not be renewing my lease here

Excellent customer service
My first full year of living here and the staff as been great from Lauren, Jordan, and Tonya in the front to the maintenance workers and cleaners. The complex is beautiful and I’m always getting compliments when I have guests. Also the security the property has make me feel safe at home. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Staff is friendly, amenities are nice and well-kept, the staff is always offering us things like events and catering which is really sweet. The apartments are modern and the other residents have all been really friendly to me. I’m pleased with everything.
