Lots of crime, security doors constantly broken or open, roaches, so many issues
Don't be fooled by how it looks. Behind the scenes it's a joke. Constant crime and cars constantly getting stolen or wheels jacked. Most recently, the garage door has been broken - and *stuck open* - for almost two weeks now and - surprise - more garage crime. Management cannot get its act together to do sh*t about these issues. They ignore them, pretend like they're not happening, or act like they're doing the best they can (Really, you can't get a garage door fixed in a day or two?). Other... recent issues: the only guest entry door was broken for 3 months, other security doors broken for days and weeks at a time, roach issues, power issues, ac issues. And I haven't even been here a year. AVOID.

The application process was fast and easy thanks to Sabrina! All the girls at the front have been super helpful with any concerns. All the maintenance workers have been super friendly and have built a good rapport with me. Couldnt imagine living anywhere else!
