If you like smelling illegal substances in the elevators/building, waiting forever for maintenance to show up and enjoy wild parties 24/7 at the pool, then this is the place for you.

Living at The Carter is awesome, the amenities and apartments are worth it 100%. My only comment would be for the leasing team, they need to improve in communication and in the move-in/lease documents signing process.

From the time we moved in it hasnt been a great experience, our apartment wasnt ready on our move in date and since the change in management things has begun to get worse.

Love it! Beautiful apartment with phenomenal views at a great rate. This is top notch luxury at an reasonable rate. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help you out. Concierge are well dressed and go above and beyond to help whenever they can. Truly impressed with The Carter and I am excited to be a resident of this community.
