Disgusting

Over priced ! Always breaking into cars ! Car robbery , theft , no security! Horrible service when it comes to maintenance ! Not safe at all

Maintenance and Management Nightmare

I saw the reviews about cats and yes this place is overrun with cats and cat urine, but the maintenance and management are by far worse. You will be without ac for extended periods (half the month) and management will be condescending all the while. If you work from home, expect lots of days with no water because it’s always being worked on. If you value your car, don’t move here. It WILL be towed at least once to welcome you to the tune of at least $234. Don’t have friends visit... unexpectedly or their car will be towed as well. You literally have to register them online. This place is just miserable with all the problems I’ve had. My neighbors all have the same stories so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Look somewhere else

Overpriced , leaks often on roof that get patched up only . Appliances, cabinets , carpet , and flooring are old and beat up.

HORRIBLE

Where can I start , I came to check my apartment 2 weeks before my move in day. It needed a lot of work witch they said they would have it done by the time . The day I moved in they gave me paper work to report everything that was wrong with the apartment so that they could fix . It’s been almost 5 months since I moved in and 2 things have been done out of a long list I’ve called over and over but maintenance doesn’t do anything . Always saying there busy but yet they have time to be chatting ??... Don’t move here you’ll regret it apartment are old appliances belong in a trash can and if u need anything fixed well you are on your own .
