These apartments are so irresponsible and disrespectful, maintenance thinks they are the managers and even question you for their poor work. There is also mold in many apartments, and when you mark work orders as an emergency, they decide to not take it as such, you have to call the office. Also, they paint over everything, if there are stickers on the walls from past residents, they paint over that. They have painted over nails, bottlecaps, and have left odd stains on the walls. The apartment I... moved into had chipped paint, tools and trash had been left inside from maintenance. Air vents were dirty, the paint used for the walls is cheap, you can pick at it, and it starts coming off like plastic. The bathtub was painted over, there were missing boards and rods in the closets. The fridge was given to us dirty, with a missing dishwasher. Upon two months of move in the downstairs ceiling is getting yellow, and leaking has started. Before my move in I had asked about the oddness of the celling, and asked if they're going to be possible leaks, but the manager said it was fine. It wasn't. There are many more things, for anyone who plans to rent here, think thoroughly.

Pésimo mantenimiento nunca contestan a las necesidades de los residentes los únicos días que atienden es el día de pago de renta hacen notas de mantenimiento que jamás hacen no mandan avisos de corte de agua por mantenimiento el lugar se ve bien pero encintó a las personas que laboran en la oficina y mantenimiento son cero responsables

More bang for your buck!
This apartment is very spacious. 2 bedrooms and two and a half baths at 688is a steal! Private parking and on site security. With perks like that who wouldn't want to live in Westwood fountain? A couple of cons would be the high traffic of midnight ladies.
