Amazing!!!!

I just moved in and I’m absolutely in LOVE. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I need some very minor Mantience work and it was taken care of as soon as I reported it. “DAVID P” the Mantience employee is the goat. I have NO issues. ??????

if I could I would rate 0

Worst place ever they don’t have a set manager and they change employees every month services never get done always roach infestation and raccoons in a/c. Cops are always here

Deserve a Zero

Maintenance haven't fix anything in months even emergency work orders, Management sucks , Roaches, carpet old, Please don't spend your money here!

Low income affordable

I live in a 1 bedroom paying $700 I have a washer/ dryer and detached garage and garden tub! Property is very convient to the either 45s or 45n! 12 min away from Bush Airport. 20min away from the woodlands. You call for maintenance the issue is fixed within the next 24-48 he's if it's not an emergency if it is than with in a 1hr or 2!
Property could be cleaner as far as trash and kids should be more mindful and cautious of cars. They also just started parking stickers to assure residents have... somewhere to park at all times.
